- We collect: name, email, phone number, wallet address, transaction history, device and technical data
- KYC: We collect NIN solely for identity verification through a licensed KYC verification partner. We do NOT store the NIN. We do NOT collect BVN. Upon successful verification, only a "verified" status is recorded on the user's account. No raw NIN data is retained by Rinku.
- We do not sell personal data
- Data shared only with: regulatory authorities as required by law; licensed KYC verification partner under strict data processing agreements; payment processing partners
- Retention: transaction records kept minimum 5 years per Nigerian AML regulations; KYC verified status retained for account lifetime
- User rights: access, correction, deletion requests to noreply@uselinq.xyz subject to legal retention obligations
- Security: encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, regular audits
Since users connect self-custodial wallets, Rinku does not hold or have access to user crypto assets
